Revival in the Workplace: Religious Freedom Returns to Federal Offices
Share
First the schools, now the government offices—God is moving in America like never before!
On July 28, 2025, the Trump administration issued a bold new policy through the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) affirming the right of federal employees to express their religious beliefs at work.
Federal workers can now:
- Pray at their desks 🛐
- Wear religious symbols or scriptures ✝️
- Share their faith with coworkers during breaks 🙌
- Host Bible studies during non-duty hours 📖
This is not just policy—this is Providence.
📜 The Memo: What It Says
The official memo from OPM states that “federal employees have the right to engage in religious expression in the workplace, consistent with the First Amendment and Title VII.”
It echoes protections that date back to the Clinton administration but boldly encourages expression of faith without fear of retaliation or censorship.

⚠️ The Conditions
Employees are free to express faith as long as it doesn’t interfere with duties or cross the line into coercion or harassment. That means no forcing beliefs—but friendly conversations, prayers, and invitations? All welcome.
🙌 Praise Break!
This is God opening up the gates of influence in America! First the schools, now the workplaces—and it won’t stop there. The enemy tried to muzzle the saints, but the Lord is setting captives free and loosing the lips of His people.
“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice…” — Proverbs 29:2
Whether you’re a teacher, technician, or taxpayer-funded desk jockey—your voice, your Bible, and your beliefs belong at work.

✝️ A Word on Freedom, Texas Style
Schools in Texas are already making moves. With laws supporting prayer, Bible clubs, and patriotic displays like “In God We Trust,” our kids aren’t being silenced—they’re being spiritually equipped.
Private businesses? That’s a different ballgame. They aren’t bound by this federal guidance, and they shouldn’t be. Some are Christian-owned and faith-forward, others are not. And that’s okay.
Because real freedom means this: Christians can live and speak boldly where God opens doors—not because the government forces it, but because the government no longer forbids it.
Let the public sector protect it. Let the private sector choose it. And let God's people never be afraid to use it.
