Make-Ahead ACV & Maple Dressing

This quick vinaigrette is sweet, tangy, and loaded with flavor—perfect for salads, bowls, or drizzling over roasted veggies.
🥄 Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for creaminess)
- 1½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 minced clove)
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp (1 tbsp) maple syrup
🥄 Instructions:
- Whisk everything together in a small bowl or shake in a jar.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Shake before using since the oil and vinegar will separate.
